1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpanda platform — including its website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, live betting features, payment services, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and betpanda ("the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betpanda platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. If any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use betpanda, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betpanda operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using any service on this platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Personal account: You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Each individual may hold only one account on betpanda.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through betpanda or any third-party responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration or during active use.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of betpanda or any associated entity.

betpanda targets players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that access to or use of betpanda is legal in all jurisdictions.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on betpanda — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, and bonus claims — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. betpanda reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on betpanda. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be consolidated into the primary account at betpanda's sole discretion, or forfeited if the duplicate account was created for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, betpanda applies a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account ownership)
• A selfie or live photo verification where required

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. betpanda processes KYC submissions within 48 hours of receiving all required documents during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your betpanda login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. betpanda will never request your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

betpanda supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve players across Bangladesh. All monetary amounts on this platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated. Processing times and limits are as follows:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via all supported local payment methods
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard
• Processing time: Local mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly or within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours.
• Deposit fees: betpanda does not charge deposit fees on any payment method. Third-party provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to a conversion rate at the time of processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via all supported methods
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Standard accounts: ৳200,000 per day. Verified VIP accounts: higher limits apply — contact support for details.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are targeted within 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 banking days.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawals held pending document submission.

4.3 Responsible Fund Management

Player funds held in betpanda accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. betpanda does not use player deposit balances for any operational or investment purpose. In the event of any platform suspension, betpanda will make commercially reasonable efforts to return verified player balances promptly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betpanda regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers (including BPL season bonuses, Eid promotions, Pohela Boishakh cashback, and Victory Day free bets). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the specific offer's terms at the time of publication.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept in separate balance pools. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated free spins not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• betpanda reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — constitute bonus fraud and will result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically count at 100%, while live casino table games may count at a lower percentage. The applicable contribution rates will be stated in each offer's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betpanda employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, coordinated wagering between accounts, structured deposits designed to trigger multiple bonus activations, and systematic reversal of wagers after bonus activation. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate bonus cancellation and potential permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on betpanda are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or on the respective sports betting market page. The following general rules apply across all products:

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

All casino games, slot titles, instant games (including Color Game and Fishing Kui Li), and virtual sports outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party auditors. betpanda does not manipulate, alter, or influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are documented and available upon request for all RNG-based games.

6.2 Live Casino & Live Dealer Games

Live casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules of the respective provider in addition to betpanda's general terms. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, bets will be settled in accordance with the provider's official disconnection and technical failure policy.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on betpanda's sportsbook are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which govern bet acceptance, settlement, void bets, event cancellations, and payout calculations. Key points include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. betpanda reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant market is suspended. betpanda is not responsible for bets placed after an event has concluded due to delays in market suspension.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement (as defined in individual sport rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity issue that affects game or bet integrity, betpanda reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. betpanda is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical issues originating from the player's device, internet service provider, or third-party game software.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpanda. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment details.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on betpanda under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of or involvement in fixing the outcome.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between betpanda and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited and used for wagering.
• Money laundering: Using betpanda to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of funds from illegal activity.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or exploit the platform's code, databases, servers, or security systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

betpanda reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 consecutive months with no login activity)

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betpanda customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are in progress. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

betpanda offers self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion for players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. Your real-money balance remains intact and will be returned upon expiry of a temporary exclusion or upon request for a permanent exclusion. 8.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. betpanda will make reasonable attempts to contact you at your registered email address or mobile number before applying an inactivity administrative fee of ৳100 per month. The inactivity fee will continue to be deducted until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in via betpanda Login and complete any outstanding verification steps if prompted.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which betpanda operates. In the event of a dispute relating to your account, game outcome, or payment, please contact betpanda customer support in the first instance. All disputes will be reviewed by our Player Relations team within 5 business days. betpanda's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, and account actions is final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeals process.
